Acting on Behalf of one the midlands most active private development companies this project involves the promotion of a 400 acre site through the emerging Local Development Framework as an urban extension to the town.
The role requires the appointment and ongoing management of a team of professionals who provide independent expert advice on the many elements involved in such complex proposal. The team was carefully selected by employing the best experts in their field to ensure that their combined knowledge and expertise is the best available. In addition we provide the day to day administrative management on behalf of the developer dealing matters such and invoicing and liaising with the agricultural and residential tenants.
